At Lumi, my goal is for every client to feel truly held and cared for. Whether you’re navigating a personal crisis, relational challenges, or internal struggles, I strive to wrap care all the way around you, creating an environment where healing feels possible and progress is within reach.

A Catalyst for Healing and Growth
At Lumi Intensive Therapy, we believe in the power of focused, condensed therapy to create meaningful and lasting change. With nearly 15 years of experience providing treatment across all levels of care—from inpatient to outpatient—I’ve witnessed a recurring challenge: traditional weekly therapy can sometimes leave people feeling stuck, frustrated by the slower pace of progress. Intensive therapy offers a different path, delivering a transformative and efficient approach to healing. It’s like offering a high-impact dose of care to help individuals and families gain clarity, confidence, and connection—especially during life’s hardest moments. Over the past six years, I’ve refined this immersive approach through family workshops and one-on-one intensives, designed to help clients achieve tangible results within a condensed timeframe.
Custom-tailored Support for Unique Needs

The topics and exercises are personalized, offering education, skill-building, and guided practice to ensure you can confidently apply what you’ve learned. By the time you leave, you’ll feel encouraged and energized by the progress you’ve already made.

Where Do Intensives Take Place?
Our therapy intensives are designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. You can choose from several flexible options:
In-Office Sessions: Conducted in welcoming, thoughtfully designed offices located in Decatur and Midtown Atlanta for a professional yet calming environment.
In-Home Therapy: Available within a certain radius of Atlanta, allowing you to experience intensive therapy in the comfort of your own space.
Private Retreat Setting: If you're traveling from out of town or prefer a more secluded experience, you can book an Airbnb or private rental, and I will conduct the intensive there.
Whether you're local to Atlanta or traveling for focused, immersive therapy, we can tailor the setting to support your healing process.
